Let's talk about the summer veggie garden, because we actually have started quite a few,

I suppose, second-round-ish summer crops, because obviously our tomatoes and peppers

are already started, but the squash is in the pumpkins and corn and stuff like that.

What are some of your go-to's when you're doing summer stuff, NAN?

Well, it's not too late to start tomatoes and peppers and eggplants and all of those.

They actually start really well now, because the temperature here in mid-April, the temperature

is warm enough now, that you don't have to worry about starting them on a heat mat,

you don't have to worry about whether you're going to start them indoors or afterwards,

you can just start them outdoors and you don't have to worry about hardening them off.
