1:05.5

So, live your life accordingly. You can't stop this time marches on thing as Tracy Lawrence saying. See, that was a deep quote,

1:18.5

but with a Tracy Lawrence song and it just kind of softened the blow. But it's true. We're all going to be dead tomorrow.

1:24.5

I don't say that to depress you friends. I don't say that to inspire you.

1:33.5

The constant obsession with death for me is not darkness. It is not dread and fear and unhappiness. It does not mean as it does to some people.

1:47.5

Well, life is meaningless because we're all going to die. No. It says to me, you have been given a precious gift. You just don't know how big it is.

1:58.5

If you like beer, you've just been given the greatest beer in the history of mankind. The question is, how many? Maybe you'll just be a sip. Maybe it'll be a six pack. Maybe it'll be a keg that is never ending.

If you like ice cream, you just were given the greatest ice cream that ever existed on earth or better mana from heaven.

2:53.5

And then this there was only one left and you would eat that so slowly. You'd be obnoxious about it like when people drink wine. I hate that sound.

3:03.5

But you would really, I mean, you would want to maximize. You wouldn't just, you know, just like you're eating your morning cereal, reading the newspaper. You wouldn't, you wouldn't gush it in there like Martian lunch, you know, feed the beast.

3:15.5

You would, you would savor it, right? You would notice the hints and the notes in it to smell of it. Oh, look at it. You roll it around on your tongue.

3:26.5

All I'm saying is I want you to do that with your life. I want you to have no regrets. I want you to embrace the moment.

3:37.5

If you've been saying for 10 years that you need to lose 20 pounds or 50 pounds or 100 pounds, I want you to binge this weekend and start Monday morning when you wake up on a program. I don't care what pro. I want you to do it.

3:52.5

If you've been saying for 10 years that you need to start a bit. I want you to spend this weekend getting your head right and do it.

4:02.5

If you don't have any money in your bank account because you blow all your money and you don't save it, I want you to decide that starting tomorrow or Monday, I want you to pick a date certain date specific.

4:15.5

I want you to begin that process. I want you to do what you want to do that will make you happy.

4:23.5

And I want you to seize that moment right now. I want you to seize it right this minute.

4:31.5

I can't do that for you, but maybe just maybe I can remind you could I really do believe you know that the good voice on one one shoulder and the other. I've always thought it was a great image.
