And this is a big new thing, so we're pretty excited about it.

It's a big deal.

We've been talking about it and working on it

in some fashion for a year and a half or so, two years or so. So we're excited to finally be

able to release it and show it to you guys. And have you get started for real. That's right.

Yep. We've had it, we've had a few people through parts of it, which we'll explain as we go along.

So number one, we want to tell you why.

Well, first reason, our bottlenecks, so to speak, in terms of getting people coaching, obviously, is having starting strength coaches.

So it's a challenging evaluation process, so it involves coaching experience, it involves written exams.

You guys have seen the videos on that.

An oral board in the future, actually in the next couple of weeks here.

So it's not an easy certification to get.

And as such, up until this point, it's required a lot of independent learning, a lot of

getting your own coaching experience, and lots and lots of trial and error on the part of the coach.
