Today's 10-minute walk is helping you keep your fitness promise, which adds another link to your growing fitness chain.

I almost did this before I pressed record, but I thought, no, this will be a good, good opportunity to update you on

this habit, which is actually going really well, not easy, but going really well, of drinking,

intentionally drinking three bottles of water every day. When I say bottles, I've got a,

I've got a water bottle that I carry and I fill this up

three times. And from the time I get up until the time I go to bed, three of these I need to drink

and I need to take a sip right now. I was actually going to do that before I started walking

but thought, eh, it's an opportunity.

Opportunity to let you know that habits are hard to build.

I'm feeling that with this water habit,

and for me, the promise is to drink that three times a day.

This is the time of day when the bats are out flying around.

I don't think I've seen them when I'm out walking because I leave our neighborhood

Right now at the house I am pretty certain that there are five or six bats that are flying around in our backyard.
