Used to be a chronic napper before I used to have these nap attacks and I didn't really understand it at in the beginning

I would take naps like after meals during my classes

My parents thought I had an issue. I was like, oh, well, it's nothing. It's in really nothing and

Then I like discovered keto on a podcast and they're like, oh more energy

Remove brain fog and I was like, oh, I definitely want to try this thing and I came back from my honeymoon and again
