| 0:57.6 | And let the attitude be one of ease of relaxing, of interest and friendliness towards whatever's |

| 1:31.4 | So you might take some moments to scan with your awareness through your body. |

| 1:47.9 | And slight smile at the mouth, relaxing the jaw. |
| 1:59.9 | With the shoulders fall away from the neck. |
| 2:12.5 | Feeling the shoulders and the inside, sensing if there's a natural loosening, untangling, |
| 2:27.0 | sensing if the life there can float a bit in awareness. |
| 2:39.2 | Let the hands be soft, resting in a very easy, effortless way. |
| 2:53.2 | Again, feeling from the inside out, the tingling and vibrating and aliveness there. |
| 3:09.0 | You might feel an openness in the area of the chest, loosening, softening down to the belly, |
| 3:30.2 | letting this next breath be received in a softening belly. |
| 3:36.8 | This one. |
| 3:44.4 | And again. |
| 3:51.4 | And again. |
| 3:55.6 | So from the inside out, feeling that area of the belly, the aliveness inside you. |
| 4:20.5 | Same way, scanning down and sensing the region, the pelvic region, relaxing, opening. |
