want to say, probably one of my first Instagram gardening friends, if I remember correctly. it's been a long time but

Erica Nolan of Instar Farms and so we've got a really cool week plan where we're just

talking about a lot of fun gardening topics so what I figured I would start out with,

which feels like it makes a lot of sense,

is to have Erica just tell you guys a little bit

about who she is, and she has a similar story to me,

I think, as far as how she got into the world of plants.

So Erica, do you kind of want to share your story

and how you got into this whole thing?

Yeah, absolutely.

Thank you, Kevin, so much for having me on the show and I'm really

excited to connect with you guys this week and share a little bit of tidbits

from my gardening world. So how I got into gardening.

Well, I went to college in Arizona for psychology,

broad general topic, and after I graduated,

I felt like I just needed some special experience and I want to do something pretty wild.

So I went to the Amazon in Ecuador and I spent three months there for two different visits and just was completely

immersed I was literally in the jungle no walls and I just submerged into this natural landscape and I think for the first time I

recognized the importance that nature has in my life.

And so after my time in the Amazon,

I wasn't really sure exactly what a business would look like
