Keith on to our podcast thank you here again and today we are talking about

lust absolutely because men care about that or men do it or something like that but no we're actually hopefully going to

give a very freeing message about less today I think so yeah that's

certainly our goal because I think that the way that the Evangelical Church has talked about lust in the past has been really hurtful to both men and women.

And there's a much better way of looking at it.

Now, how did you get involved in this whole lust debate thing Sheila?

Thank you for asking me that.

That is such a great question Keith.

But a couple of years ago on the blog I spent a week talking about how this whole idea

that lust is every man's battle is a very

hurtful message to both men and women and how we simply need to talk about it

differently and I got a lot of pushback from a lot of guys saying, but you're making men feel guilty about lusting.

And it's like, no, I'm trying to give us some freedom and trying to look at this biblically.

And that conversation never quite got resolved.

And so I was very happy that you wrote a post

because sometimes I think we need to hear from men too.
