we've talked about the major challenges facing today's millennial

generation and today I want to turn it around and look at facing today's millennial generation.

And today I want to turn it around and look at the unique opportunities which younger people face.

In my opinion, the future for you guys is very, very indeed and I think sometimes we need to

celebrate that rather than do the sort of easy millennial bashing which seems to

come too easily to mainstream media so after the main body of the show, we're

going to talk about that and the title of this show is Start Young, Start Strong. Okay, so after we've covered that,
