And second of all, I don't know, I feel weird saying, like, I woke up, very eager and excited, but that but that's like I felt like a kid on Christmas today.

It is, it is finally game day. We have made it through the entire summer, so we are excited to be here with you.

You took over the Stardom-Sidum column from Adam Rank, and so the perks of that, I mean, because it's a beast of a a column to write but the perks of that you get your own TV show so congratulations thank you I uh when when rank was leaving the green room I hit him with a steel chair in the back and I was like start him sit him his mind and he eventually caved so that's uh that's how this all came to happen you know I feel like that's a theme because I think the same thing happened when James Coe left and tried to take danger zone with him.

So, you know, Rank, no stranger to being smashed in the network tradition.

Exactly.

It's just a long history of Adam Rank, having things taken from him by the most WWE way possible.

Anyway, as the name suggests, every week we're going to be bringing you starts and sits based on Michael F. Florio's column, and we're not just going to give you the top level. We're not going to sit here and tell you to start Christian McCaffrey or Patrick Mahomes. You probably know that by now. Who are your starts and sits here?

I think Aaron Rogers, who a couple of years ago might have been like a hot take to, like one of those obvious guys.

I don't think he is that

anymore, but I would still be starting him in a match, in a good matchup for him. Trey Lance, I feel really

good about what he could do with his legs. Derek Carr, I think that game could be a little bit

a high scoring game there. And then James Winston, this is if you're going a little bit deeper for

a streaming option. He is a great matchup against the Falcons.

And then the Sits, I think Kurt Cousins has a big year, but it's a tough matchup for him there.
