Hello again, beautiful, beautiful beings of light and welcome back to another expand podcast episode

with yours truly Elizabeth April. Today I am going to utilize this podcast episode as a bit of a therapy session.

So thank you in advance for kind of just hearing me out on this.

And I promise it won't be boring.

I think everyone can learn from this.

And especially myself, I'm everyone can learn from this, and especially myself,

I'm still learning from this every day. So I've had this issue for a while, and I feel like a lot of

starseeds have the same issue, and I feel like these issues appear in our lives in different ways.

So for me in particular, I have been on the end of the spectrum where I am all human, all ego, all emotion, all reaction, all attachment,

all of that. And I'm so unhappy, so so unhappy. And then I went on to the other

end of the spectrum, especially when I first started to awaken or reawaken. And I got rid of my ego.

I was like, the only thing that's putting me into suffering is my, it's my personality,

it's my ego, it's my Elizabeth, it's my emotion, it's my attachment. And so I figured that

that was the solution to my problems. So what did I do? I got rid of, or at least attempted to get

rid of the ego. And I became just the teacher. I became

only involved in spiritual pursuits. I became only involved in channeling, only involved in

universal truths, only involved in higher philosophical ponderings. And everything else like making friends and talking to family and

eating, cooking food, all of that became secondary. Now, as you could probably imagine,

that put me into a whole other world of suffering and self-doubt and pain and emotional turmoil. And so I experienced

both of those early in life, you know, more so the human when I was like a teenager and more so

the teacher when I was an early adult.

And after experiencing the loss or the disconnect of the human for a number of years and going to that extreme,
