but we haven't really had much for a break.

The busy summer rugby continues.

Kicks off on Friday night, 40,000 expected for the opener, England against the USA in Sunderland.

We're going to be hearing a lot more of, seeing a lot more of over the next few weeks. Are you gripped by the build-up, or are you just at a point where you want things to kind of kick off now? I'm definitely gripped. I'm so excited for it to kick off. I think we've had a good series of pre-games as well to get a kind of teeth into and look forward to.

And after the women's euros as well and the exposure that adds,

it's like definitely the summer for women's sport, isn't it?

So I'm ready for this weekend to kick off now and you'll probably be sick of our voices by the end of the competition.

Yeah, and I definitely feel like the build-up in regards to like even the World Cup warm-up games have been on TV or they've been streamed, which definitely didn't happen last World Cup round. So it's just a testament to the appetite, not only for this tournament, which is going to be huge, but people are so invested now. They want to see the warm-up games. They want to see who's coming through, who's being trialed. So it's brilliant, really excited. I say we haven't had much for a break. You look as though you have, Philip-a-Path. I don't know if you have, but you won't find a better tan in the BBC building than this one. I do love a sunshine. Is it fake, Phil? Absolutely not. Do you just swear at me?
