Stadium for a chat with a few members of the squad.

So let me just introduce myself.

Lauren Jenkins is having a well-deserved break after the Lions and Garth Russoen is tanning his

white bits in a caravan on the coast of West Wales somewhere. There's a thought for you. But I am joined by Kerry Coleman Phillips, who's been following the women's side for a few years now, Kerry. Where was the first game? Do you remember your first time? I think it's got to be six or seven years, isn't it? It's been a long time and gosh, I've seen some change during that time.

because we are a couple of weeks away and we've just been in the press conference with Alex Callender

and Kate Williams, two co-captains and Sean Lynn.

I keep calling him the new head coach, but it still feels like he's very new in the role.

What did you take from what they had to say?

Because, as you say, yourself, ups and downs.
