0:03.0	So welcome to our Rosary meditation.
0:05.0	I am so blessed to be with Sister Susan.
0:09.0	She will be delivering our meditation,
0:11.0	and we are here in front of the Blessed
0:13.7	sacrament with Jesus.
0:15.7	So let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.
0:18.9	Amen.
0:19.9	And let's call to mind all those that we've promised to pray for.
0:22.8	A reading from the Holy Gospel according to Matthew,
0:29.4	chapter 13 verses 44 through 46.
0:35.0	Jesus said to his disciples,
0:37.0	The kingdom of heaven is like a treasure
0:40.0	buried in a field which a person finds and hides again, and out of joy goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.
0:53.0	Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant searching for fine pearls.
0:57.0	When he finds a pearl of great price,
1:00.0	he goes and sells all that he has and buys it.
1:05.0	This was the gospel we heard at Mass last Wednesday, July 28th.
1:11.0	That day was also the optional memorial Blessed Stanley Rother.
1:17.0	Stanley was born March 27th, 1935 in Oklahoma, and died at the age of 46 in Santiago, Guatamala, killed by a right-wing death squad.
1:37.3	He is actually the first US-born priest and martyr
1:42.0	to be beatified by the Catholic Church.
