Sometimes it's just more helpful to get a request.

It's sort of like white improv asks for suggestions from the audience.

So you're going downstairs to talk to yourself by yourself again and as I get, and she

says, well, you know, I question whether this is good for your mental health, but you know

how I feel about that.

If I thought she disagrees with the solo podcast, content per se, she thinks it's unhealthy

for me to just come down here into a cave and talk stream of consciousness for an hour.

And I get the misgiving.
