| 1:10.0 | And begin. and begin staring at that spot for a moment. |

| 1:20.0 | Just look at it for a moment or two, blinking when you need to. |

| 1:49.9 | And when you're ready to relax completely, allow your eyes to close now. And in a moment I'm going to begin to mention different parts of your body and as your focus and attention is directed to those parts. I'm wondering if you can notice. |
| 2:12.3 | If there is any tension in that area of your body and just allow every muscle and and fiber in that area to relax a little bit more than it is right now. It's so easy to just let everything relax. |
| 2:35.0 | Wanted to have Want it to happen? And you can make it happen. |
| 2:37.0 | And you can make it happen easily. |
| 2:42.0 | Now. can make it happen easily now just take a nice deep breath and open your eyes |
| 2:52.3 | once again and And while you look at that spot, begin to imagine how good it will feel. |
| 3:09.0 | When I ask you to close your eyes again and you go deeper relaxed, |
| 3:20.0 | so close those eyes again now, and allow your entire body to relax a little bit more as you become aware of your feet right now. |
| 3:50.0 | And notice any tension in that area of your body, |
| 3:55.0 | from your ankles, ankles, all the way down to your toes. |
| 4:00.0 | Notice any muscles in that area that aren't relaxed completely, and let them relax now. |
