checking back in took a little break break here from the pod last week.

Glad to have a few guys reach out.

I'm glad that a bunch of you guys have stuck with us here and excited for what's ahead.

But damn it, I'm going to enjoy my vacation time, my downtime.

So one of the things I would say is my wife and I try to troll the kids by like using their phrases, right, and their vernacular.

And we really tried to incorporate smacks and slaps and say things that smacked and slapped.

And the kids didn't enjoy it.

And we didn't even really know what we're talking about, but that faded away quickly.

But we have found ourselves saying mid. Things are mid. That's mid. He's mid, right?

And like, accidentally we've started saying it. So I just wanted to welcome you all to a very mid

edition of Zach Jackson and friends as we kind of go through this

quiet time for football. There's been a little Cavs activity and just want to keep things

moving here. The NBA finals are over. The NBA draft is over. It was not really a story here

in Cleveland with the Cavs, not having a first round pick. I think Tyrese Proctor, where you

picked him in the draft, I think he's an intriguing player. He was not contaminated by the American youth basketball system. It used to be a bad sign if guys stayed in college for three years at the Dukes and North Carolina's and other Blue Bloods of the world. It's not really that anymore. I think there's a chance maybe you get something out of them.

So, you know, the calves are in asset collection mode either way.

And they might get to a point this year that some of their young guys could be traded for a piece.

I know there's second apron restrictions on all that, but we'll see.

But they did make a trade.
