Good morning and welcome back to Zach Jackson and friends. I am Zach Jackson. If you are new here, welcome. I cover the Browns for the athletic. I've covered the Browns, the NFL, Cleveland, Sancho, Ohio Sports for a long time. And we launched this podcast 11-ish months ago. It is growing.

That's thanks to you guys.

Thanks to the excitement around,

in some words that somewhat resemble excitement,

around the Browns and other teams.

But I'm just glad to have you here.

So this is the kind of the summer break edition.

I hope everyone, whether you're listening to this,

freshly or a little bit later, gets some time around the July 4th holiday to recharge, to overeat, to swim, and

do all of those things. So the Browns have been on vacation for three-ish weeks. Starting next

week, some of the coaches and top execs will start to trickle in.

You know, they cut obo-occo-on-quo. I don't expect any real business, you know, any extensions or anything until later, but we'll see.

You never know with this team. So one thing I wanted to do is just make sure we mixed it up and got in some

conversational pieces and some other things. So as I kind of head for my actual vacation,

which in large part is a lot of just unplugging and being ready for the season ahead and

helping this thing grow, I want to make sure we touch some bases. So today's guest is Anthony Lima.

He is at Sportsboy Tony on social media platforms.

He's a really entertaining, sharp, and available to be punched, used as a punching

bag.

Cleveland media person, he is on the Ken Carmen show on 92-33 The Fan, which is undoubtedly the best radio show in Cleveland.

He dabbles and helping with the news stations. He was doing some Cavs pregame work. And he does what I love and others love Mac football for ESPN Plus during the season.
