Hey, Mindful Tribe, welcome to the show. It's Sunday. What is it? March 13th. It's Sunday, March 13th.

And I'm really excited to be here with you. Like I always say, I feel like you're right here in the room with me.

And I'm so excited to share just a few thoughts, a few mindfulness ideas, a few, a few interesting thoughts today.

And I thought, you know, I'll talk about St. Patrick's Day because that's coming up on the 17th.

And St. Patrick's Day is always something that we celebrate here in Canada and I know it is in the United States.

I'm told that it's not really celebrated so much in Ireland. It's a day that's celebrated here in North America more.

But anyway, I would I would get dressed up in green and wear different kinds of things that would remind people of the Irish.

And I would go out and I would be hired to play at piano bars and play in restaurants.

And I played lots of different gigs on St. Patrick's Day over the years.

A lot of times there'd be an upright piano

and I would just be playing all kinds of Irish songs

and singing them and people would be dancing

and laughing and celebrating and drinking beer

and very often drinking green beer.

Another thing that I'm told maybe isn't so popular in Ireland,

but it is popular here in Canada. And I think in the United States, too, is, you know,

people will drink green beer on that day. And I can just go back to the thoughts of many,

many gigs I played where I was, you know, playing that rinky tink upright piano and

and all kinds of customers would buy glasses of beer and they'd be lined up on top of the

piano, waiting for me to take my break and then often I'd maybe have a beer, but a lot of
