This is the movement of the Holy Family, leading people to Jesus through friendship, good conversation, and the Rosary.

Welcome to our Rosary Meditation. Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Amen.

0:22.8

Let's call to mind all those we promised to pray for, especially for Olivia Caneli,

0:27.8

for little Damien and for a young woman named Amy, who is in the hospital today.

Now, today is the feast of St. Martha. In Luke chapter 10, we read,

0:42.5

Jesus came to a village, and a woman named Martha welcomed him into her house. She had a sister

0:49.2

called Mary, who sat down at the Lord's feet and listened to him speaking. Now Martha, who was distracted with all

1:47.7

1:56.6

and their brother Lazarus became some of the best friends of Jesus, and she became a saint.

2:04.4

Now, God's original plan, which is still in effect today, was that faith would be passed on from parents to children and from friends to friends.

2:15.9

This was to take place by means of friendship and good conversation.

2:20.9

But to have those, it only makes sense that we invite people to where we live and give them

2:27.2

hospitality. So really, Martha kicks off God's plan. And now it's our turn to follow.

2:37.1

Our Father who art in heaven, hallow would be your name.

2:40.4

Thy kingdom come by will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
