We were also hoping to be joined by John Hill from the Portsmouth Independence Party, but for some reason, we haven't

heard from him, so he hasn't joined into the Green Room. So hopefully he'll join us later,

but we hope you're okay, John, and hopefully you can join us later on. So I launch into a bit

of a brief explanation of St Jude Ward, and this is where

the guests tell me that what I think about the ward is completely wrong. So St Jude starts

at the coast between the two piers and encompasses Southsea Castle, the common, the skate

park, and it stretches inland to cover some of Southsea's prominent nightlife,

and up to the bottom edge of Somerstown. Over the last couple of years, we've seen the

controversial closure of the Pyramid Centre, as well as the ongoing massive redevelopment

of Southsea sea defences, changing the sea front to protect thousands of homes and businesses
