0:27.6	but a few good folk have stepped forward and put their hands up, but it is still not without

0:40.5	Yeah, those observant of our viewers will notice that there's actually only one candidate present.
0:49.0	There was an intention to be two candidates present for the Pauls Grove Ward hustings. Unfortunately,
0:55.7	we didn't hear from the other candidates for the ward. But sadly, we received notification
1:03.4	this afternoon that Ian McCollock, the Green candidate, is sadly been taken unwell, so isn't able
1:08.8	to join us this evening. So in a kind of a bit of an
1:13.3	unusual situation, we took the decision to still go ahead and give us an opportunity to put
1:21.1	those questions to George Madrick, who is the Portsmouth's the Independence Party candidate for
