| 0:57.6 | feeling? Is there anxiety in my body that is over and above what should be there? Because, I mean, |
| 1:06.6 | we're busy people, most of us, you know, a lot of of us have jobs a lot of us have projects we're |
| 1:12.4 | working on it's normal to have a certain amount of anxiety about certain kinds of things but if you |
| 1:18.5 | feel like it is pulling you down and sabotaging you well then it's time to stop and say to yourself |
| 1:26.1 | okay what can i do about this? Now, the definition of |
| 1:30.5 | anxiety is that it's the body's normal reaction to stress. And if we didn't have stress, |
| 1:38.0 | it would be a very boring life, in my opinion. You know, we, we have all sorts of things happen in our lives, which |
| 1:47.3 | cause us to have stress. But when we're, we're presented with danger or potential danger, |
| 1:53.7 | our bodies do respond to that stress. And it's similar to how our bodies respond to fear. |
