Today I'm really looking forward to talking to my dear friend Spiro.

We have been jujitsu teammates for many years and I've always enjoyed some of the conversations

we have right after trying to kill each other on the mats.

There are many things that I love about jujitsu, but very high up on the list is the post-training

conversations with a very unique and interesting set of people and no one is more interesting

than Spiro.

I wanted to talk a little bit about how he's been dealing with some pretty bad injuries

and surgeries from decades of hard sports like rowing rugby in jujitsu, as well as his

multiple career reinventions which I always admire.

Spiro is always looking to upgrade his knowledge and follow his passions.

Because the real thing that I'm fascinated by is his recent foray, combining his technological

knowledge with his artwork, and now he's become very immersed in the NFT world.

Spiro, who goes by the name Spiro sketches in the art world, recently launched his first

collection of NFTs on open sea and known origin, and he has plans for a bigger launch in

the near future.

I'm a huge believer already in Bitcoin, cryptocurrency and the blockchain, and I'm learning more

about NFTs and I'm trying to get my head around the idea of the Metaverse.

For a 42-year-old new dad, I find this whole world bizarre and confusing, but also fascinating

and I'm very curious to see what the future will hold.

I'm excited to learn from someone with as much knowledge as Spiro, I hope you enjoy
