1:28.5	Why write a book? Yeah. So it's a great question. I, it was me and my father started investing in
1:38.6	self-storage and we used our own money and we grew it organically. And we didn't take any money out of our
1:47.2	business for, I mean, it was like a decade. So we didn't ever even pay ourselves because that money,
1:53.2	we couldn't. We had to pay for operating capital and we had to reinvest it. And I started learning
1:58.8	more about I actually became fully paralyzed. And when I was coming back
