locked in? I decided to do like a version of 75 hard. Shout out to all of the people who have done 75 hard before. No, ma'am.

in and everybody has made their own specific goals and rules that they have to follow for the

next 60-something days. I decided that I'm going to try and walk 10,000 steps a day and do at least one strength

training class like Pilates or yoga sculpt. I also have some non-physical goals like meditating

every day, journaling every day, getting my water in, and reading every day. Now, y'all,

ask me, have I missed some days so far? Yes. But for me,

it's more about getting something done versus trying to get all of it done. You know what I

mean? Like maybe I didn't eat all my food, but at least I ate my vegetables. Like that's the

Progress, not perfection. So, I say that to say, I challenge all of you to pick something to
