We've kind of neglected spring football here on the podcast, so I think it's time to get into things, just some of our quick takeaways on offense and defense.

We'll take the first half of the podcast, share some of our

takeaways on offense, have a conversation about those things, take a break, then jump to the

defensive side. Chris, how are we doing? Doing well, doing well. So yeah, I actually want to start here, Chris, just before we started recording, some

news kind of broke in the world of college football in the state of Florida that our

listeners might find interesting.

Randy Shannon has reportedly been added to the Florida State football staff as a

defensive analyst.

Just wanted, you know, curious what you make of that move.

Do you find it interesting?

Do you think it impacts things much at all

with Florida State football and Florida State recruiting? Sure. I mean, you've credited

Randy Shannon Furr's recruiting locally here in South Florida. So if Florida State adding him

to their staff, it certainly would

help, you would think, you know, just with the ties that Randy has. And I think, you know,

just going back on just remember covering Randy as a defensive coordinator, you know, he's always

been credited for his work on the defensive side of the ball. So if he's able to add anything

defensively, his

expertise and experience would certainly be a benefit to the Florida State staff, just the way

that Miami is excited about some of the analysts that they've added to their staff recently.
