1:07.4	But now that we do have some distance from that decision, Jacari, how you feeling about it?

1:16.6	Yes, sir, absolutely really excited for what the future holds.

1:28.4	When did you know that Miami was going to be the spot? When was it, you know, 100%? When were you
1:35.0	sold? We're really like finalized. It was that trip down when I went and kind of spent the
1:42.4	weekend and kind of experienced campus. And kind of went to Miami, I was like more of a tourist than just going for camp and then just leaving.
1:49.7	So I kind of experienced the city, experience campus and kind of got a little familiarity and kind of fell in love.
