Over the past months she has not felt 100% and it has left her trying anything and everything that can bring her back to her usual self. Let's just right away close our eyes if you can and take a moment to feel into the body.

So instead of asking ourselves the question from that mind space of, you know, how am I

doing or what's going on, instead of thinking about how you're feeling.

See if you can actually really feel into what's moving through the body, through your heart

If you feel a little bit disconnected, sometimes in a day we do that if our day has been moving

really quickly or we have a lot on our mind or we're going through a hard time, we can take

a little longer to really tune into that space.

hands on top of your chest, on top of your heart, both of your hands.
