act of kindness is something that we have done many times here on the show because it's such a

powerful thing and can really make a difference in someone's day. But what I want you to do today

is spend a little bit of time just tuning into the people in your life.

It can be your most immediate family or your coworkers or your neighbors or the people that you come across in a day.

And just with a little bit of intuition, see if you can tune into a person in your life that you know

a person that's going through heartache or grieving something, or a person that you know is

just struggling to make ends meet, or is feeling like they're in a dark place right now
