1:19.6	I'm happy to get us rolling. So in July, multiple dark rings hovering over Germany's capital
1:28.0	appeared. The smoky circles were witnessed drifting across the sky at a spooky slow speed with many saying they look like
1:36.6	flying saucers. Some believe the rings are from explosive industrial saying it's angels or an inter-dimensional portal. These dark greens have also been spotted in Russia,
1:57.9	Argentina, the UK, and more recently here in America where they were just spotted in Virginia.
