Gibson, and I also welcome you back or welcome you for the first time. Anyway, either way, we welcome you.

This is going to be a chock-a-block full show. And so we'll dispense with our normal malarkey at the top

and just tell you about the program. And let me give

you a little background to it. When we first started this, somebody wrote in and said,

you should be doing a program on poetry, good enough, and named two poets, said, these are my favorites.

And one was named Rudy Francisco. And so I bought a couple of Rudy Francisco books. And as I

read them, I thought these poems really beg to be read out loud.

I'm the last person in the world to get around to understanding the spoken word poetry is just a

whole different category. It is. For me, it's the poetry of goosebumps. There's a great play that

Lily Tomlin did call Search for Intelligence Science of Life in the Universe. It's talked about
