I called up Paul Kane from over at the Washington Post because I wanted him to explain something called

Blue Dot Energy.

Paul says, to really understand Blue Dot Energy, you got to know about a trip he took to Nebraska a couple weeks back.

He was there to talk politics with the locals, many of whom were all revved up for the presidential race,

especially in Omaha, Nebraska's small but mighty Democrat curious urban center.

There was a family in a sort of a leafy neighborhood of Omaha where they made their own lawn sign and they drew this nice, precise blue dot.
