It's Christmas week, ladies and gentlemen.

Here's hoping that you had a weekend filled with joy, with friends, with family, with wine, with camaraderie,

and maybe even some cheese.

And if you didn't, then why not?

We are here with you at Talk Radio for the duration, however long it takes, holding the government to account and holding your hands as we walk through the ever more confusing

corridors of government policy.

This morning, Dominic Rahman's been busy denying that Boris Johnson had a wine and cheese

party, despite the presence of wine, cheese, glasses and a distinct lack of work-related

equipment in the Downing Street Garden last year. And for those of you that think it isn't

important, just bear in mind that at that time, we were not allowed to mingle inside or outside,

with funerals could not be properly attended, weddings could not be held, really, and workmates

couldn't go to the pub after work whether they wanted to or not

Now it may well be that you have a beautiful place of work it may well be that your place of work has a nice garden

It may well be that you could even sit around at somebody else's expense drinking wine that somebody else paid for

Eating cheese that somebody else paid for being paid a salary by the taxpayer. It might well be

that you're in that sort of job, in which case you probably had a party every day because that's
