I would say starting anything.

It's like, I think about it a lot.

When I think about our podcast, I think about going for a run,

which is something I don't do anymore.

When I would be like, I would walk to the point I would like to start my run,

so it was exactly two miles or whatever.

But walking and then all of a sudden be like,

and now I'm running, there's just no.

It's not a very seamless, it feels weird to just start running.
