Adam, I woke up and just like a bad mood because I'm such a happy person like all the time. I really am. Like I have a very happy place that I stay in most of the time. But I got some stuff thrown at me last night. I woke up this morning. And then I've been going to therapy every week, which is really good. Dreams can screw with you too, you know. Dreams? Like when you sleep, like you go to bed happy. But if you have wacky dreams and you think you can wake up all glorious, but if you have a screwed up dream, then you can wake up and actually feel affected by that. Because you're living a whole light in your mind. Your brain is dealing what's defragging the shit whatever it is so the bad dream is just a your subconscious trying to deal with stuff right I just found out me my girlfriend used to take or we're taking melatonin a little bit and then we just research a melatonin causes depression it does it's got a side effect is depression so I told her because she wasn't in the best moods, I go, you've got to get off that. |
