It's great to have

everybody along tonight. We have a lot to talk about with returning guest, Varla Ventura. I'm excited

about this program because she's a lot of fun. She's written some really cool stuff, and we're

going to be talking about the spiritualist movement. We're also going to be talking about some of her

books about the paranormal

and fairies and changelings. She's written a lot of great stuff. We're going to talk about it

all tonight here with Varla, so we'll bring her in just a few moments. But I mentioned panic. I, you know,

I open up the program the last few days, and I keep saying, I don't know what to think about

what's happening, but things are continuing to spiral. It reminds me of one of those movies, you know, 28 days

later, whatever those films are that have, you know, they start, outbreak, I guess, is one of, you know,

this whole, you know, a couple people have

something and it spreads like crazy and everybody's panicking.

And I'm not even sure what to think about any of this.

I mean, it was just announced that Tom Hanks and his wife, Rita Wilson, have tested positive

for the Wuhan virus.

And they're in Australia working on a film.

And they started to feel, you know, a little achy, maybe a little fever here and there.

I don't want to underestimate any of this, but they don't seem to be complaining that they're feeling that horribly.
