Bless up everybody, I don't know, I am Heinz and today in Heinz site.

This is your morning cup of tea.

This morning I want to quickly give my prayer and my hearts to everybody again who may be

experiencing the pain and the trauma that is going on in the world right now.

I believe in the unification of all of us that we will truly come together, unite, and

rise up, but it will be a rocky road, it will be a journey.

I believe a lot of us have sacrifices to make and a lot of us have sacrifices to make

with ourselves so we can have a deeper relationship with ourselves.

And I know that may sound awkward for you, but it takes sacrifice to have a deep relationship

with self, right?

If we want to have a knowledge of self, if we want to have a more intimate relationship,

an understanding of our mind, of our heart, it takes sacrifice, right?

We have to remove toxic relations from our life or make the step towards healing them.

We have to address pain and trauma that is within our soul and start the journey so

we can renew our mind, body, and spirit.

It takes sacrifice to have a deeper relationship with self, and a lot of us, it's time to

rise up, it's time to make that sacrifice.

It's time to take that leap towards what's been on our heart.

It's time to start that creative project.

It's time to put our energy where it deserves to go and stop giving it to places that

is draining us of our energy, but it takes sacrifice.

Sometimes we're going to have to make steps that feel uncomfortable, have conversations
