sure a lot of us are tired, exhausted, losing focus, you know, because there is so much

to pay attention to. And it's built into our DNA, right? Like we, like I'm sure back in

the tribal days and when, you know, in our early, early human civilizations, like we had

to be alert, we needed to know when fear was around the corner, right? So our brains

are naturally attracted to all this chaos, you know, to all this news. I found myself

very glued to my Twitter timeline on Sunday. I actually wasn't even online for a few days,

you know, Saturdays, I don't go online. I just completely, you know, let that day be a day

where I rest with God and I allow myself just to cleanse my home and I allow myself just to,

I take a nap to be honest. But that energy that I give myself on Saturdays, that's the energy.

We need to be giving to ourselves every day. We need to double up on our self-care routines.
