Today on the Grape Talks, conscious communication, a conversation with Tim Woolworth.

Growing up in a home surrounded by paranormal literature could lead a young child down one of two paths,

perpetual fear of the dead, or a never-ending fascination with the other side.

For Tim Wilworth, it was the latter.

Tim has dedicated countless hours to a better understanding,

not only that of ghosts and their existence.

But he's dived in more in-depth than most into identifying just who they are,

where they are, and what they want,

and the possibility that not all of them are dead.

It's actually kind of crazy because I wasn't drawn to the paranormal because of an experience.

Okay.

I was actually drawn to the paranormal because of what I was reading.

My mother is still a very protective Christian and she wanted to learn how what dark things were

in the world to protect herself against. So I grew up in a house full of books on demonology

and witchcraft and uphology and fairies. We got Fate Magazine. That was the bathroom reading material.

So I started reading this stuff at a very young age when, you know, I'm in third grade,

fourth grade, and I'm looking at old woodcuts of witchcraft and demons and stuff like that.

It just absolutely fascinated me.

And I was reading people like Hans Holzer and Jack Valet when I was 11, 12, 13 years old.

And I just, it fostered a love of the paranormal in me. And I kind of carried that through

until I started having my first paranormal experiences. So I kept reading and learning and trying to just absorb the paranormal world that was

presented to me in books and magazines.
