Hey everybody. Welcome to the All Things Fishing Podcast. A podcast for each week I talk about just that.

0:16.3

This is All Things Fishing.

0:23.6

Hey everybody. I'm excited to be recording the 18th episode of the All Things Fishing podcast this week.

0:28.6

This week, before I start the show, I have an update for the different types of fish I've caught.

0:33.6

So, one of these fish I've actually caught before, but I just forgot to put on the list

0:38.3

last time. And the other one, I actually just recently caught for the first time. So the fish that I've

But you still can catch them in groups.

1:30.5

So the other fish is the carp.

1:38.5

So the carp is the, and I've actually just recently caught two of them.

1:41.2

They fight almost as hard as catfish.

1:42.5

They're super tough fish.

1:45.7

They look to me exactly like catfish.

1:49.7

The only difference I could find, or the biggest difference I could find, I should say,

1:58.6

is that carp have a lot shorter whiskers. The reason catfish are called catfish is because of their whiskers, just like a cat.

2:01.6

But carp are, but carp do have those whiskers.

2:05.6

They are just quite a bit shorter.
