We're getting out of the office and headed downtown.

We are standing in front of Namwa Tea Parlor, Chinatown's first Dim-Sum Parlor, since 1920 on the window.

Should we head in?

Even at 2 o'clock on a weekday every table is packed and we're here to meet the

restaurant's owner Wilson Tang.

Where Susie? Steppy, Steppy.

I'm sort of lower the music a little bit. Toothe. Stappy, Stappy. That's him.

That's him.

Wilson's 40 and he inherited Namwa from his uncle a decade ago.

For a long time it was more of a bakery that sold Dimsum on the side.

As Wilson's uncle grew older, Namwa became more of a hangout spot for his friends.

Very few customers came by.

Wilson modernized the place.

First he started serving Dim sum all day.
