podcast. I'm really grateful to connect with you in this way, and I really hope today's

episode is encouraging to you. I'm excited to talk about this because I don't know if you're

like me, but when it comes to enjoying things in life, sometimes I think, well, you just can't

have too much joy

because it's a temporary thing. All right. And we just need to put our nose to the grindstone and work

a little harder and be more disciplined and don't have too much fun kind of attitude. I have that

sometimes of just that fear of enjoying good gifts. And so today I want to look at scripture

and see what God has to say about enjoying the good gifts that he gives and also the wisdom of

keeping our delight in Christ alone. So is there a balance there or what can we learn from scripture so that we can live a life

and fully enjoy Christ and the things that we have because of him? Before we jump into the topic,
