learned along the way that have been so helpful for me to keep me rooted and grounded in truth and my joy

set before me in Christ. Now, usually I open up with a life hack, something that's really fun,

but I thought, man, we're talking about suffering. What a hard transition to go from like,

suffering and grief and sadness. So instead of a life hack this week, I'm going to give you

two resources that have been a blessing and recommended to me. And the first one is the Association

of Certified Biblical Counselors, ACBC. This is a group of Christians that train

other Christians to be biblical counselors. It's an incredible organization. They have a free

podcast called Truth and Love. I love listening to it because they cover a variety of topics.

and they've probably covered that topic in short, like 12 to 15-minute podcasts that really
