It's funny because I just recorded the intro and I took a week off and I almost forgot.

I'm like 102 episodes in, you think I could just rattle it off. But man, sometimes the brain just blanks.

But thank you for being here today. I'm excited about sharing some things that I've

learned with you about acknowledging God and about finding joy, especially because I'm kind of in a

season where my circumstances aren't, you know, optimal, things that I'm hoping for and longing for

are just not happening and kind of how God is teaching me and leading me and being so kind and merciful to me. So

thanks for being here. But first, I want to tell you a funny story. This happened about two weeks ago.

Many of you know that I have an affinity for Costco. I love Costco. They anticipate your needs.

You walk in and you're like, wow, winter gloves. Yes, I need winter gloves.

I will buy them.

They're only $13.

Of course.

The cat needs winter gloves for $13.

Well, something else was $13 the other day.

And it was a pair of Jessica Simpson straight leg black jeans.

They had like this waxy coating on them, kind of look like leather,

really cool, hip. I thought, 13 bucks. How could you go wrong? So I grab a pair and they fit
