I want to give a shout out to my husband, Andy, who sat at the kitchen table with me last night to help me hash out all

these anger thoughts because it was like a swirl, a swirling whirlpool of misdirection.

I was everywhere.

So I'm thankful.

Hopefully this will be encouraging to you, as I know we have all dealt with anger.

And maybe recently, like, I don't know five minutes ago oh but that's what I'm

bringing you guys today some honesty from me and a lot of the word because the word of God is

living and active it is helpful for us and one of my favorites that I've talked about, one of my favorite attributes

about the word recently is Proverbs 19, I'm sorry, Psalm 19 says that the commandments of the Lord are

pure enlightening the eyes. And so I really believe that when we take a look at scripture

and look at our own situations, it starts to enlighten us, and things we might not have seen
