Actually, four ways we can prove faithful as Christian women.

I'm really excited about it.

I kind of wish today was

episode 100 because I feel like that would fit so much better. Episode 100, state of the podcast. Just

be so even and nice and tidy. You could like tie a little bow around it. But the facts are the

facts. And the facts of today is it is episode 72. And also the facts are the facts and the facts of today is it is episode 72 and also the facts are we don't

hit two year anniversary to like May so we're just we're just going with it since we're on the

topic of state of the podcast I thought I'd throw out a state of the lips since they are a primary tool of this podcast.

I guess really my voice. I wonder if you could do a podcast without lips. I'm not really sure.

Probably not. The peas would be really hard. Anyway, I have struggled with severe chap lips this year.

It's never happened to me, but like cracking, peeling, awful. Like I had a lip disease, it felt like.

And I tried everything. I tried everything from like medicated lip bombs to olive oil on my lips.

Anything. Bag bomb. I have it actually here in my desk. Bag bomb. literally for cow udders you rub it on and i thought

this was surely the answer it was not and what finally helped i think are two things i started taking
