On today’s podcast I had Rubi Tinoco on. Rubi is a house flipper out of Charleston, South Carolina! She did over a million dollars last year, and she has a really cool story about coming up. She actually bought a $50,000 coaching program which she did not have the money for! It’s cool to hear why she took that risk and how she got her husband on board with supporting her on that risk. Rubi attended an event and purchased the $50K package! She only had $30K to pay for it, so she actually sold her car to make up for the difference! Rubi discusses her mindset and thought process when she was deciding if she wanted to pursue that route.
