On today’s podcast I had Grant Navarre on! Grant has a lot of cool things happening. First off, he is a YouTuber with over 100K subs. He is a real estate investor with over 65 units. Grant Navarre is also developing an entire subdivision, which we talk about.  His first flip on the subdivision didn’t go so hot, so you guys are definitely going to want to listen to that! In addition, he is also running a big car dealership. This guy was making over $300K at a very young age and used all that money to buy real estate. It was cool to hear about his journey as an investor and as an entrepreneur! We also talk about opportunities he’s explored, like a juice bar! This guy is kind of like me - he just cannot stop starting businesses! We talk about what it’s like running a juice bar among other things. It was a really fun interview and I love interviewing entrepreneurs. I think you guys are going to enjoy this one!
