On today’s podcast I had Grant Navarre on! Grant has a lot of cool things happening. First off, he is a YouTuber with over 100K subs. He is a real estate investor with over 65 units. Grant Navarre is also developing an entire subdivision, which we talk about. His first flip on the subdivision didn’t go so hot, so you guys are definitely going to want to listen to that!
