Today I'm chatting to Spencer Matthews.

I love life as an experience.

And I think it's interesting to hit those moments where you feel like a loser and you feel shit about your behaviour.

And that ended with the 30 marathons.

Crossing the finish line that day, a lot of that shame vanished kind of in that moment.

It was a real sense of achievement, you know,

and for somebody who has felt a lot of shame and in reality hadn't achieved much.

Guys, I am in new mum mode, just to let you know.

I've got a new kitten from the rescue centre, the Mayhew, my fourth cat from the Mayhew.

And it's actually a surprise that I'm even turned up to speak these words now

because I am so distracted. I'm getting nothing done. Absolutely nothing. I've got

emails coming out my ass, a laundry bag that's completely full. All I want to do is play

with a little tiny fig. She's two months old. She's so adorable. For anyone out there

who, because I've had a few people contact me on social media saying, how do you integrate existing cats with a newbie? It's fine. I'm no expert, but what I've done previously is keep them in separate rooms with a door between them. They can smell each other. This door in my house is glass. They can see each other as well as smell each other. And then you just slowly do it. Now, my cat Simon, who you may have seen on my social media, can be a right arseal. So I'm a little bit nervous about that, but I'm hoping the transition is all going to be okay. And by next week, she'll be mooching around the whole house. She is so cute. So alongside caring for little cute baby figgy, I've also been chatting to some very interesting

people recently. One of them is Spencer. Now, we all first got to know Spencer or Made in Chelsea. He was

part of the original cast. He's like a M-I-C-O-G.

And my God, he let loose on what really goes on behind the scenes on that show.

You will love that bit if you're a Made in Chelsea fan.

More recently, though, he started doing some incredibly impressive athletic challenges.
